Roto Rooter of Kingman is fantastic! My father’s water heater needed to be replaced. We had already purchased the unit, we just needed the the old unit pulled out and the new one installed. I called around to multiple plumbing company’s to get estimates for the labor. Roto Rooter beat the other company’s prices by at least $300-$500! Jaime (in the office) was very helpful in answering all of my questions and scheduling her technician to get out to the property the very next day after I called. When the tech, Jesus, arrived we immediately felt confident that he was going to handle the install in a professional and efficient manner. He was very friendly and had no problems with giving my father all the information he needed to feel comfortable with Jesus’ work and knowledge. Jesus took time to explain to my father everything he needed to know about how to operate the water heater and set it for optimal performance and longevity of life of the new unit. Being that I live in California and my father is 82 years old, I cannot stress enough how much peace I feel in knowing that we now have a plumbing company that we can call for any future plumbing needs, that is honest and employs caring and knowledgeable technicians like Jesus!
Jesus was my technician today and not only was he very nice and professional he was open to all questions and let me observe what he was doing. I am the type of person that loves to learn how to take care of things myself, so it was nice to be able to do that! Repair went down without a hitch! Thank you Jesus!
